I am Roland Kalteis and have been responsible for the service area of our waterjet cutting for some time now. It’s really great to be part of this family business in Halfing. I not only work on the production of individual high-quality ExtremeLine product parts, but also, for example, contract manufacturing for well-known customers such as Bosch. Creative individual orders for local artists are also part of my everyday work.
The introduction of our new waterjet cutting system has given me great pleasure and promises to expand our possibilities even further. But it’s not just the technology that excites me – the recording of our radio spot was also a very special experience. System Electronic, has established itself as a trustworthy partner for development and production tasks. System Electronic was founded in 1996 by Reinhold Kalteis as a one-man operation and the company is now celebrating almost 30 years of experience in the industry. In 2008, we moved into a new production hall, which resulted in the expansion of our service portfolio and offers our customers considerable advantages in terms of project support. Christian and Robert Kalteis are the second generation to run the family business, which is also distinguished by its EMAS certification in 2021 for sustainability and environmental awareness. The initiatives, such as a fully biological wastewater treatment plant and the use of solar energy, are an expression of the commitment to an environmentally friendly future.

The innovation-driven minds at ExtremeLine are once again on a roll. At the beginning of next year, our customers can look forward to a range of new products that are currently in the pipeline. These innovations promise not only the highest quality, but also sophisticated functionalities that will shake up the market.
Another milestone in our production is the addition of Johann, an experienced mechanical engineer, to our team. With his extensive know-how, he is taking care of the new testing system for our LEDs and driving forward the development of the new ExtremeLine sliding roof window. Stay tuned!

In the world of marketing, we recently recorded our first radio commercial on waterjet cutting and tile cutting for Charivari. This advertisement will not only increase our visibility, but also underline our commitment to innovative cutting techniques.
